Well... things seem to be starting to get, uh, interesting. In the 'May you live in interesting times' sense.

It's probably nothing, but I'm not so sure, this time.

Obviously, gaining access to the multiverse and becoming undead has made a definite change in my life, but I'm hardly unique in those respects. No, the biggest change was meeting who would eventually become my first love, Fuu. Well, that and realise I'm bi, but that just came with it.

We met back in late November, 2008, not long after becoming a vampire. Neither of us realized just how close to each other we were going to get, and giving what I know about Fuu's life, it's a little surprising. I suppose people can change a lot in two years.

Uh, anyway, she trusted me to help her train her willpower, even knowing that I was a vampire (though she did bring six thermos filled with blood with her. There's a universe out there which has literal rivers of blood), and has helped me boost my own. Took a month of this before we started to... notice each other. Funny how it took a little mistletoe to get us to finally get together just before New Years...

I'd say she's definitely changed my life for the better, and not just because we fell for each other. Dating or not, we've been there for each other, with whatever either of us need, and we still are. She isn't just my girlfriend, she's more than that. She's my closest friend, and she's helped me get the willpower to better deal with my hunger. I'm almost certain I would have killed someone by now, if not for her.

As she said she would, Faye's on the rooftop garden of Miriam's shelter she's opened recently. ...And of course, hoping she's on time. She's dressed appropriately, of course, in joggers and a simple shirt. Got to be able to move freely, right?

Well now, it's that time of year, and naturally she's everything ready, flowers, chocolate...
And of course, the flowers are red roses, of course, and the chocolates are the more expensive kind. ...And a few other things.

She soon sends a message with her PINpoint, asking Fuu if she has time to visit today.

In a certain place at a certain time, there is a brunette in a red dress and scarf outside a theatre, a lavish one proclaiming that a production of 'Les Misérables' is being shown here. Yep, she's got everything ready, and has managed to get seats with good views... which are a little away from prying eyes.

Of course, Faye's in a good enough place to spot Fuu when she approaches. Yes, it's cold, but Faye's warm enough and Fuu needn't worry.

Now, Faye's looking quite presentable indeed, as she makes her way to the café where she'll meet Fuu. The pretty brunette looks very cute tonight in her red dress... And she hopes Fuu will like it.
